We were excited to have coffee from Kerehaklu Estate on our roster this year. We received samples for this Anoxic Washed (read as Anaerobic Washed) from Pranoy and it blew us away. We exchanged our notes with Pranoy over email and purchased all the 50KGs he had. 

It's poetic for us to host this coffee because it's a SLN-9 Peaberry. Peaberry are known to be small in size, but to pack a punch in terms of flavour and complexity - just like we are at BEANHEAD. 

From this coffee, we get notes of Grapefruit, Pomelo and Milk Chocolate. It has a strong balance of acidity to sweetness, with an aftertaste that lasts for long. We have noted that the flavours in the coffee develop as it cools - so we recommend brewing this coffee as an Iced Pour-Over or Aeropress.
