Every box comes with our baseline brew parameters— water temperature, ratio, and time. Better yet, if you order whole bean, we ask for details about your grinder(s) to give you a grind size —down to the exact number of clicks.

Once you pick the no of bags per delivery and the delivery frequency, we will send over coffee that you like based on your taste. BUUUUUTTTT - if there is a coffee that you really like, you can let us know via your dedicated BHC subscription contact - we will try and keep sending that over to you!

We ship incredibly fresh, which means your beans are likely still degassing in transit. Check the roast date stamped on the bag. We usually recommend resting the coffee for 7 to 10 days post-roast to hit absolute peak flavor and avoid a bubbly, volatile extraction. If you've ordered ground coffee, the coffee will degass and mature sooner. You can start brewing right when you receive it. You should use it as soon as possible!

Yes. If you’re traveling, or if you overestimated how fast you can get through three bags every two weeks, you can skip a cycle, change the frequency or pause your subscription. Just send a message to the dedicated BHC WhatsApp chat and we will make the necessary changes.
