This coffee is the absolute favourite of ours at Beanhead Coffee. For me, like most other Beanheads, Anaerobic Naturals was one of the first 'funky' coffees that I was introduced to. I had mine at Subko - as an iced pour over, and I had my eureka moment. It was like a whole new world of coffee had opened to me. I sort of understood what specialty meant, I understood why processing is important. AND MY OH MY - have we've been able to create an awesome coffee with our Anaerobic Naturals from Ratnagiri Estate. 

This coffee starts out as a standard Anaerobic Naturals, with floral notes of Rose and Lavender complimented with Blood Orange and Peach - but as the coffee cools, it gets this almost Sangria-esque flavour - slightly winey and punchy. This is a coffee we are absolutely in love with.
